NOTIFICATION: Golden Lion awards night 2022
Hi fiddlers and fiddlerettes!
Just letting you know that the Golden Lion awards night will hopefully be held around January 17, 2023. The exact date will be posted on this forum in early January 2023 . . . all being well.
As a favor moi, and considering my lack of WiFi coverage while traveling this year, could everyone who submitted their performance videos in the Lion's Den for 2022, as well as those who submitted their original compositions in the Composer's Corner for 2022, please submit a list of your entries to John via john@bluegrassdaddy.com no later than December 31, 2022.
To be eligible for a prize on the night, all entries to both the Lion's Den and Composer's Corner will need to be submitted no later than December 31, 2022.
It may be a little confusing to new members, so I'll explain that the Golden Lion awards night is held early in the following year, i.e; awards for 2022 are determined in January 2023. We don't hold the Awards night at the end of each year because everyone is busy with Christmas.
