Hi everyone, in case you didn't notice, you can now tag other members in posts to send them a notification.

Try it out! For example, if I post something about shoulder rests and I want to make sure Great Scott sees it, I would simply click the @ symbol followed by the letter G, and up pops a list of forum users that start with G. I then click on Great Scott's name in the list, and it gets inserted in my post like the following:

@Great Scott

Now when Great Scott finally gets off the beach and into the forum, the alarm bell on the blue bar in the upper right of the forum will have a red "1" beside of it. If he notices it, he will click the alarm bell which will tell him that his name was mentioned in a post.

Then he can simply click on the notification and he will be taken directly to this post. Easy as that!
